Business Analyst - Summary- Key role in IT modernization and system migration for a major healthcare organization.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Focus on eliciting, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.
- Extensive experience eliciting, documenting, validating, and managing business, functional, technical, data, reporting, and interface requirements.
- Proven ability to develop requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles.
- Strong background in conducting current and future state process, gap, and dependency analyses.
- Demonstrated success supporting complex IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and risks.
