Business Analyst - Summary

- Perform thorough business and systems analysis for IT modernization initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business, functional, technical, data, reporting, and interface requirements.
- Create business process flow diagrams, visuals, and detailed documentation for system replacements.
- Lead impact and gap analyses to identify and address critical dependencies.
- Facilitate collaboration across business, application, data, reporting, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Develop requirements traceability from business needs through design, testing, and implementation.
- Ensure effective communication and understanding of requirements among all project participants.
- Support the retirement of legacy systems and the deployment of modern platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.
- Extensive experience eliciting, documenting, validating, and managing business, functional, technical, data, reporting, and interface requirements.
- Proven ability to develop requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles.
- Strong background in conducting current and future state process, gap, and dependency analyses.
- Demonstrated success supporting complex IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and risks.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
