Business Analyst - Summary
- Work on transformative system modernization projects, primarily focused on Medicaid application development and enhancement.
- Act as a bridge between project stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to drive project success.
- Support system integration and application delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide project and product oversight for Medicaid IT systems and related integrated projects.
- Support the documentation of business processes, requirements, and application functionalities.
- Create and refine processes to promote consistent understanding and adherence to agency direction.
- Collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and system integration.
- Coordinate with external vendors to develop key project artifacts, manage project scope, and oversee system analysis activities.
- Troubleshoot issues, support the implementation of technology solutions, and perform risk analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Analyze policies, procedures, and standards that affect automated systems, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
- Utilize tools such as TFS (Team Foundation Server) and participate in Agile project environments to facilitate project success.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience coordinating with vendors, developing project documentation, analyzing systems, and managing project scope.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting abilities, solution implementation support, and risk analysis experience.
- Strong background in analyzing policies, procedures, and standards impacting automated systems.
- Deep understanding of enterprise system components, including user interfaces, data layers, and system integrations.
- Preferred experience with TFS, Agile methodologies, and familiarity with Medicaid and CHIP systems.
