- Minimum of 8 years of experience in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.
- Proven track record in business process reengineering and applying technology solutions to business challenges.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- In-depth knowledge of processes and systems related to Medicaid and CHIP, with an emphasis on Texas HHSC preferred.
- Ability to support modernization projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented analyst with a passion for healthcare IT transformation.
- Effective communicator able to bridge business and technical teams.
- Proactive problem-solver skilled at identifying and implementing process improvements.
