The Business Analyst role is a critical position designed to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key part in supporting major projects by meticulously documenting current-state workflows and user experiences, particularly as they relate to Salesforce processes. This position is ideal for individuals who possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights—without the need for deep technical expertise. The Business Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders and project teams to ensure that business objectives are clearly understood, captured, and delivered upon effectively.

In this dynamic environment, the Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and organizing business requirements from a variety of stakeholders, ensuring all documentation is both accurate and comprehensive. The successful candidate will facilitate communication between business users and technical teams, translating stakeholder conversations into clear, functional, and process documentation. The role focuses on supporting workflow analysis and process improvement initiatives, particularly those that interact with the Salesforce platform, making familiarity with Salesforce functionality and user interface workflows highly beneficial.

Working as part of a collaborative project team, the Business Analyst is expected to ensure that all requirements and documentation align with the overarching project objectives. This includes supporting project management processes, identifying potential areas for process optimization, and ensuring that all documentation is kept up to date throughout the project lifecycle. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving project success and ensuring end users’ needs are accurately represented and addressed.
