Business Analyst (BA) - Summary- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
- Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements
- Develop user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria to guide development
- Lead or participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure project alignment and progress
- Facilitate quality assurance reviews and coordinate user acceptance testing
- Identify and propose solutions for business process improvement and automation
- Support ongoing enhancements of existing applications
- Elicit and document user requirements, business processes, and system issues

- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership in Agile ceremonies and project delivery
- Proficiency in Agile lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Experience in developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
- Expertise in facilitating quality assurance and user acceptance testing
- Proven track record in process improvement, solution consulting, and wireframe development
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
