Business Analyst - Summary

- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for various reporting and data projects.
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Work within a structured project environment, adhering to deadlines and action item lists.
- Participate in contract assignments with the potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs.
- Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Workday reports to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
