Business Analyst - Summary- Serve as an essential member of the business analysis team, focusing on Workday Reporting and ERP remediation initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.

- Partner with departments such as HR, Payroll, Labor, and Legal to support data pulls and reporting requirements.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for various reporting and data projects.
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Work within a structured project environment, adhering to deadlines and action item lists.
- Participate in contract assignments with the potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs.
- Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Workday reports to maintain data integrity and accuracy.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting, including advanced report building and troubleshooting.
- Strong proficiency in developing complex matrix reports using Workday tools and Business Objects.
