As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and documenting detailed business requirements across multiple functional areas including Front Office, Middle Office, and Data/Operations teams. Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data will be crucial for ensuring alignment and consistency across different business units. You will manage a variety of project tasks, adhere to timelines, and handle ad hoc requests throughout the project lifecycle, providing vital support to project management and implementation teams.
This position requires a strong focus on both project and business-as-usual (BAU) activities. You will assist with the validation of test cases, facilitate operational handoffs, and support testing phases by validating use cases and documenting outcomes. This is essential for ensuring seamless system implementations and the continued efficiency of business operations. Experience with Allvue Everest and Wall Street Office (WSO) systems is highly desirable, as these platforms are central to many of the processes within the Private Credit sector, particularly those involving bank loans.
In this Business Analyst role, you will be expected to demonstrate advanced analytical, documentation, and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential, as is experience supporting business testing and providing BAU coverage.
