- Independently follow and enforce programming standards and best practices using standard libraries.

- Work with a variety of BMS software platforms, utilizing function block and script-based programming styles as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of direct programming experience with building automation systems.
- Proficiency in multiple variants of building management system (BMS) software, with experience in both function block and script-based languages.
- Strong understanding of mechanical equipment operations and their integration with larger scale mechanical systems.
- Advanced knowledge of the HVAC and construction industries is required.
- Highly proficient computer skills, including command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
