Building Automation Integration Specialist - Summary
- Responsible for end-to-end configuration, testing, and commissioning of building control systems
- Develop and validate software programs and control strategies for optimal system performance
- Collaborate closely with project management and engineering professionals

Duties & Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and commission building automation systems to meet contract specifications and client needs
- Develop, load, and validate software programs for system controllers and network devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure systems operate at peak performance
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Produce accurate as-built drawings and software documentation for all completed projects
- Deliver targeted training to building operators and owners, ensuring effective system usage
- Integrate low voltage building sub-systems using protocols such as LON, BacNet, and others
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding inspection and service findings

Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- At least one year of experience with Building Automation Controls Systems, particularly with platforms such as Schneider Electric, SmartStruxure, Space Logic, I/A, Andover Continuum, or Tridium Niagara R2/AX/N4
- A minimum of two years of experience with mechanical and/or electrical engineering systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry
- Basic understanding of networking concepts relevant to building automation
- Familiarity with control theory, automatic temperature controls, and building automation systems
- Experience integrating low voltage building sub-systems using industry protocols (e.g., LON, BacNet)
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers
