As a Building Automation Integration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of system integration, from initial design through implementation and ongoing operation. Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology preferred.
- Minimum of twelve years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering systems, with previous team leadership experience.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals.
- Extensive knowledge of construction or HVAC industry, control theory, building automation, fire alarms, and related subsystems.
- Experience integrating low voltage building systems using protocols such as LON and BACnet.
- Strong foundation in HVAC&R theory, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coach integration specialists at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
