- Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience with Building Automation Controls Systems, such as Schneider Electric, SmartStruxure, Space Logic, I/A, Andover Continuum, or Tridium Niagara R2/AX/N4
- At least two years of experience with mechanical and/or electrical engineering systems
- Knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry
- Basic networking knowledge
- Understanding of control theory, automatic temperature controls, and building automation systems
- Experience integrating low voltage building sub-systems using industry protocols (e.g., LON, BacNet)
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues
- Technically proficient in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting building automation systems
