- Responsible for maintaining and reconciling financial records, managing accounts payable, and supporting month-end closings
- Ensures confidentiality, accuracy, and reliability in all financial documentation and processes
- Collaborates directly with firm leadership and supports overall financial operations
- Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Manage accounts payable, expense tracking, and trust/IOLTA accounts
