Bone Marrow Transplant Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Summary
- Serve as an integral member of the bone marrow transplant team, delivering expert clinical care to patients with hematological conditions.
- Provide both inpatient and outpatient services, including performing advanced medical procedures and coordinating care transitions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct bone marrow biopsies and stem cell transfusions, including CAR-T therapy administration.
- Manage complex patient cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring continuity of care.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about procedures, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Provide coverage for scheduled shifts, including nights and weekend rotations as outlined in the schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) program.
- Current or eligible PA/NP state licensure required.
- Previous experience in bone marrow transplant, hematology, or oncology preferred.
- Prior inpatient oncology nursing experience or elective oncology clinical rotations is valued.
- New graduates with relevant clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
