Aspire Educational Services is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Freire Charter School Wilmington. As a BCBA, you will play a central role in designing, implementing, and monitoring evidence-based behavior intervention strategies that make a lasting difference in the lives of students. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position involves conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and delivering direct applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to students with varying needs. Your expertise will be critical in collaborating with teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure that behavioral strategies are consistently implemented across all learning environments. Additionally, you will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians assigned to your caseload, providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure high-quality, ethical service delivery.

Applicants must possess a current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and meet any applicable state licensure requirements. Experience working within a school-based setting, along with a strong foundation in applied behavior analysis, data collection methodologies, and positive behavior support practices, is essential for success in this role. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and caregivers are highly valued attributes.
