The role of a BIM Manager (Building Information Modeling Manager) is critical in the successful delivery of construction and design projects through the effective implementation of BIM processes and technology. As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for leading the BIM strategy on various construction projects, ensuring that all stakeholders—including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients—are aligned and collaborating efficiently from project inception to completion. This position requires a strong background in architecture, engineering, or construction management and substantial experience with BIM standards, protocols, and software. The BIM Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating interdisciplinary efforts, resolving design clashes, and optimizing workflows to achieve high-quality project outcomes.

As a BIM Manager in Denver, CO, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all BIM-related activities on full-time construction projects. Your expertise will be leveraged to develop and implement BIM execution plans tailored to client requirements and project goals. You will oversee the creation, management, and coordination of BIM models across multiple disciplines—ranging from architectural and structural to MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing)—ensuring seamless integration and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include managing BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360, as well as providing technical support and training to project teams to enhance their BIM capabilities.

Quality assurance and control are central to the BIM Manager role. You will establish robust processes to validate and review BIM models, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as COBie, IFC, and LOD (Level of Development). Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating BIM data with other project management systems, such as scheduling, cost estimation, and facilities management, facilitating smooth data exchange and interoperability. Your proactive approach to risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement will help drive project success and client satisfaction.
