In addition, the Billing Analyst is tasked with developing and maintaining training materials, delivering ongoing education to team members, and providing support to reinforce learning and procedural compliance.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel (including advanced functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and operational data analysis is crucial for success in this position. Prior experience in billing operations, transaction processing, and account maintenance within a high-volume environment will set you apart. You should possess strong problem-solving capabilities, especially when it comes to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving billing exceptions and transactional errors. Experience in operations, IT, project management, or consulting is preferred, and candidates with a bachelor’s degree or several years of direct industry experience will be highly regarded.
