Billing Analyst - Summary- Supports billing, transaction processing, and account maintenance in a high-volume environment.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing operations, transaction processing, and account maintenance in a high-volume setting.

- Experience in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving billing exceptions and transactional discrepancies.
- Preferred: 1+ year in operations, IT, project management, or consulting roles.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 3-5 years of direct experience in the competitive energy retail market.
