A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required, along with advanced proficiency in Excel—including vlookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas. Experience with large datasets, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and prior exposure to energy supplier back-office environments is highly valued, though not mandatory.
