Bilingual Receptionist - Summary
- Serve as the first point of contact for the organization, supporting communication and administrative functions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming multi-line phone calls with professionalism and accuracy.
- Take detailed messages for staff and ensure timely delivery of all communications.

- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, courteous, and hospitable manner.
- Open, sort, and distribute daily incoming mail to appropriate recipients.
- Perform a range of clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and document organization.
- Maintain and replenish breakroom supplies to support staff needs.
- Support the administrative team with additional tasks as assigned, ensuring seamless office functionality.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum of one year of front desk or receptionist experience preferred.
