As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will perform essential administrative duties and act as a liaison between our clients and our team. Bilingual Receptionist - Summary- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and by phone
- Support daily office administration and communication
- Deliver high-quality, bilingual customer service in English and Spanish
- Opportunity for professional growth within the insurance industry
- Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients
- Process and file paperwork efficiently and accurately
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including billings and correspondence
- Dispense brochures and provide relevant information to clients
- Update contact information for policyholders, such as phone numbers and email addresses
- Print, fax, or electronically send proof of insurance documents upon request
- Utilize word processing and spreadsheet applications to support office operations
- Conduct internet research as needed to support the team
- Maintain an organized filing system for client records and office documents
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management
