Bilingual Receptionist - Summary
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Provide bilingual support (Spanish/English) to facilitate communication with a diverse client base.
- Manage front office operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative and office support activities to maintain smooth operations within the agency.
- Field telephone calls in both English and Spanish, respond to inquiries, direct calls to the appropriate team members, and handle messages efficiently.
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism, ensuring all clients feel valued and supported upon entering the office.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and proper handling of correspondence and important documents.
- Update and maintain accurate policyholder contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, using in-house management systems.
- Print, fax, and send proof of insurance documents to customers as requested, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with additional administrative duties as needed to support the daily functions of the office and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to provide effective communication and support to all clients.

- Ability to pass a background check; a clean criminal history is required for this role.
