Bilingual Receptionist - Summary- Full-time position at a reputable insurance agency
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers
- Utilize bilingual English and Spanish skills to support clients and team members
- Contribute to a positive, organized, and efficient office environment
- Perform administrative and office support activities, including answering and routing telephone calls
- Greet and direct visitors, creating a welcoming office atmosphere
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely communication
- Update policyholder contact information accurately in internal systems
- Print, fax, or send proof of insurance documents to customers as required
- Work with in-house systems to support team operations and client needs
- Redirect calls or handle inquiries based on customer requirements
