Bilingual Receptionist - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
- Support daily office operations and assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks.
- Help onboard new and existing clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive, growth-oriented team environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Promptly and professionally answer multi-line telephones and direct calls as needed.
- Assist clients with billing inquiries, process payments, and address questions regarding policies and services.
- Guide clients through downloading company apps and setting up online accounts.
- Onboard new clients and provide orientation for existing clients on agency procedures and resources.
- Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email for payments, forms, and insurance reviews.
- Solicit Google reviews from satisfied clients to enhance agency reputation.
- Maintain organized records and documentation in compliance with agency standards.
- Support the Office Manager in handling daily operational tasks and special projects as assigned.
