Bilingual Receptionist - Summary

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing correspondence.
- Update policyholder contact information, such as phone numbers and email addresses, in office records and systems.
- Prepare, print, and send proof of insurance documents to clients as requested.
- Support office staff with administrative needs, including scheduling appointments and organizing files.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation and interactions.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance and high-quality customer service.
