Bilingual Receptionist - Summary

- Sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Send out billings and dispense informational brochures as needed.

- Prepare, print, and fax proof of insurance or send digital copies to clients as requested.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions, both in person and over the phone.
- Support the agency team in additional tasks as required to achieve office goals.
