Bilingual Receptionist - Summary- Full-time position in an established insurance agency
- Acts as the first point of contact for all office visitors and callers
- Utilizes bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities to serve a diverse customer base
- Supports daily administrative functions and office operations
- Perform general administrative and office support activities
- Answer, screen, and redirect telephone calls according to customer needs
- Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
- Update and maintain accurate policyholder contact information in the system
- Prepare, print, fax, or send proof of insurance to customers as needed
- Utilize agency in-house systems for data entry, recordkeeping, and documentation
- Assist with additional special projects and office tasks as assigned
