Our ideal candidate is a licensed insurance agent, proficient in both English and Polish, with demonstrated experience in a remote work environment and a strong background working with State Farm insurance products. You will leverage your Property and Casualty (P&C), as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses, to consult with clients virtually, helping them navigate their insurance options and make informed decisions.
Bilingual Licensed Insurance Agent (Polish/English) – P&C, Life & Health Summary- Remote position supporting clients primarily in Eastern Time
- Requires active Property and Casualty, Life and Health Insurance licenses
- Must have recent State Farm experience
- Fluency in Polish and English required
- Focus on virtual client consultations, insurance product recommendations, and policy retention
- Conduct virtual consultations with new and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and explain available options
- Recommend suitable insurance solutions, including Property and Casualty, Life, and Health products, based on individual client goals and circumstances
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through ongoing follow-up, support, and policy reviews
- Utilize phone, email, and video conferencing to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
- Collaborate with remote team members to achieve agency performance targets and ensure seamless client service
- Support policy retention efforts by proactively reviewing client portfolios and identifying opportunities for coverage enhancements
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all applicable insurance regulations and agency standards
