Bilingual Licensed Insurance Agent (Mandarin/English, P&C, Life & Health) - Summary- Remote, full-time role supporting a State Farm independent contractor agent team
- Focus on delivering high-quality insurance service and sales to Mandarin and English-speaking clients
- Opportunities for growth, professional development, and advancement within the agency
- Develop client leads, schedule appointments, and assess customer insurance needs
- Market and recommend suitable insurance products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health coverage
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, clarifying billing and coverage details, and assisting with claims submissions
- Ensure timely and thorough completion of activity reports and documentation for the agent
- Remain current on product updates, technical developments, and licensing requirements through ongoing education and training
