Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative (P&C) - Summary- Serve as a key member of the sales team, focusing on acquiring and retaining insurance clients
- Utilize bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills to engage and assist a diverse client base
- Develop expertise in property and casualty (P&C) insurance products and services
- Contribute to the agency’s overall growth and reputation through ethical, customer-focused practices
- Generate and qualify new insurance leads through networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives
- Meet with clients in-person to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
- Present and explain insurance policy options, ensuring clients understand coverage and benefits
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up
- Process new applications, policy quotes, and renewals with attention to detail and regulatory compliance
- Actively prospect within assigned territories to expand the agency’s book of business
