The Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative (Spanish/English) is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to clients while developing and selling insurance products. Key Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs, conduct persuasive sales presentations, and successfully close sales to meet or exceed goals.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up as needed.
- Build and foster networking relationships with small business owners, including real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers, to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support by responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to achieving daily and long-term success.
- Identify and develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, contributing to the growth of the agency's portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Ability and willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
- Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred, but not required; training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and aptitude.
- Strong enthusiasm for the value of insurance and financial products in providing protection and peace of mind to clients.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and adherence to ethical standards in all professional interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities, to ensure clear and effective client interactions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to initiate contact, open new business opportunities, and secure appointments even from a cold start.
