Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate insurance quotes and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients
- Close insurance sales and develop long-term client relationships
- Engage in regular networking activities to expand business opportunities
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support and follow-up
- Identify additional service needs for both new and existing clients
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards in all client interactions
- Consistently strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days of employment
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license within 30 days of employment
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products
- Proven track record of reliability, dependability, and ethical conduct
- Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and listening
- Initiative in generating appointments and opening new business opportunities
