The Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative is a key position within a high-performing insurance agency, with a focus on providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to a diverse client base. The Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative will primarily be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying client needs, and marketing appropriate insurance products and services. You will establish and nurture customer relationships, provide follow-up as necessary, and deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Day-to-day activities include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarifications. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish will allow you to serve a wider client base, meeting the needs of a multicultural community and enhancing the agency’s reputation for accessible and reliable service.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess an active Property and Casualty insurance license, along with strong sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. A Life and Health license is also highly preferred. The ideal Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, multi-tasking abilities, and the capacity to build rapport with customers from various backgrounds. Prior experience in insurance sales, telemarketing, or retail sales is desirable, as is a passion for helping clients understand and select suitable insurance products.
