Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients seeking insurance solutions
- Bridge language gaps and provide insurance guidance in both Spanish and English
- Act as a consultant to individuals, families, and businesses regarding their insurance needs
- Support continued growth and success of the agency through outstanding service and sales
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-up and communication
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Educate clients about insurance options using a needs-based, customer-focused review process
- Maintain an exemplary work ethic and commitment to achieving daily and long-term goals
- Support team members in meeting agency objectives and delivering consistent service
- Prepare and submit timely activity reports to the agency leadership
- Stay current on product changes, industry trends, licensing requirements, and ongoing education
