Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative - Summary
- Serve as a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative, engaging Spanish and English-speaking clients to provide insurance solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop accurate insurance quotes and present them to prospective and existing clients.
- Make compelling sales presentations and close insurance sales in compliance with agency standards.
- Establish and nurture ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Follow up with clients to address questions, provide policy updates, and offer additional services.
- Engage in networking activities to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Deliver prompt, friendly, and accurate client support at all times.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to daily success, exemplified by a robust work ethic.
- Identify and pursue new service opportunities for both new and existing clients.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license (required before or shortly after hire).
- Ability to obtain Life & Health insurance license (required before or shortly after hire).
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm about the positive impact of insurance and financial products in clients’ lives.
- Proven reliability, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct in previous roles.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude for prospecting and securing appointments from a cold start.
