Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop new business leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service in both Spanish and English
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, and policy details
- Assist clients with policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarifications

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Experience in insurance sales, property & casualty (P&C), and/or life & health (L&H) preferred
- Active Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license preferred (must be able to obtain if not already held)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
