Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to present appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing timely follow-up and ongoing support.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including responding to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, eligibility, claims, and billing clarification.
- Assist customers by clearly explaining policy features, benefits, and coverage options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and quotas through effective prospecting and consultative selling.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency objectives and improve processes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English required.
- Previous sales experience preferred, including roles such as inside sales representative, outside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals or quotas is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and effectively relate to customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license.
- Must be able to obtain Life & Health license.
