Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize award-winning company training and systems to develop sales skills and product knowledge
- Connect with potential clients using leads provided by the company and respond to inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Assess client insurance and financial needs, offering tailored solutions across property, casualty, life, and health products
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Handle client objections and rejection professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
- Work closely with a mentor agent, participating in hands-on training and regular performance reviews

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
