- Develop insurance quotes for clients and present personalized insurance plans
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up and support
- Engage in ongoing networking to expand your client base and generate new business opportunities
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to all clients

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
- Minimum of five (5) years of general sales experience
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (training provided if not already licensed)
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals in past roles
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products in people's lives
