Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative - Summary- Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing insurance customers
- Utilize bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills to provide exceptional service
- Support clients with their insurance inquiries and policy needs
- Contribute to agency growth by building strong customer relationships
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
- Follow up with customers regarding policy renewals, changes, and additional insurance opportunities
- Deliver friendly, accurate, and timely customer service in both Spanish and English
- Educate customers on a wide range of insurance options, including auto, home, recreational, and business insurance policies
- Employ a customer-focused, needs-based review process to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and policy information
- Uphold a strong work ethic, demonstrating total commitment to daily success and agency goals
