Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
- Active driver’s license
- Possession of 4-40 Customer Service License or 2-20 General Lines License, or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfortable performing sales and customer service functions
- Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
