Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative - Summary- Engage with customers in both Spanish and English to deliver excellent service and support

- Generate and develop leads through various channels
- Schedule appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective and current clients
- Promote and explain appropriate insurance products and services tailored to each customer
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions

- Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is a plus

- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license

- Insurance sales experience and active Property & Casualty or Life & Health licenses are preferred but not mandatory
