Key Responsibilities- Develop leads through proactive outreach and marketing activities, and schedule appointments to consult with prospective clients about their insurance needs.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services, including property & casualty and life & health policies.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and attentive follow-up.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification.
- Support customers throughout the insurance process, from initial inquiry to policy servicing and renewal, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the agency’s overall success by following established sales processes and best practices.
- Promote the agency’s products and values in alignment with State Farm’s standards and mission.
- Active Florida 2-15, 2-20, or 4-40 insurance license required prior to start date.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in English/Creole is a plus.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related roles such as property & casualty or life & health insurance is preferred.
- Demonstrated sales experience, whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen and relate effectively to customers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
