- Work towards meeting or exceeding new business sales goals by effectively managing existing leads, developing new client relationships, and marketing appropriate insurance products and services.
- Support clients throughout the sales process, addressing questions regarding coverage options, policy terms, and claims procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide clients with up-to-date information and guidance.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
- Possession of, or willingness to obtain, the required Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage confidently with clients and team members.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new information, and apply training to real-world situations.
- Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional growth within the insurance industry.
- Must successfully pass a credit and background check as part of the hiring process.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or networking is an asset but not required.
