As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative, you will utilize your Spanish and English language skills to meet the insurance needs of a diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs and present them effectively to close sales.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up as needed.
- Build and maintain networking relationships to expand the client base and identify new sales opportunities.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support, addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a consistent commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services to existing and new clients, enhancing client satisfaction and company growth.
- Property & Casualty license (must obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Life & Health license (must obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Proven successful track record in meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Strong enthusiasm for the positive impact of insurance and financial products in people’s lives.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior in a professional setting.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
