Responsibilities
- Develop accurate insurance quotes for prospective and current clients, present tailored insurance solutions, and successfully close sales in a full-time capacity.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up to address client needs and inquiries.
- Establish and nurture ongoing networking relationships to expand the agency’s reach within Albuquerque, NM and the surrounding area.
- Deliver responsive, personalized service to clients, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer support and satisfaction.
- Adhere to a strong work ethic and a total commitment to achieving success and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Identify and pursue new service opportunities by engaging both existing and potential clients regarding their insurance and financial needs.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required for this Insurance Sales Representative role.
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license, as well as a Life & Health insurance license, is essential. Support and guidance will be provided for licensing requirements.
- One to two years of sales experience is preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and quotas in a full-time work environment.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities, are necessary for effective client engagement and teamwork.
- Proven dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior are required.
- Self-starter attitude with enthusiasm for educating clients about the value of insurance and financial products.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and secure appointments from new prospects, including cold outreach.
