Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent (Spanish, P&C Licensed) - Summary
- Full-time position with a State Farm independent contractor agent
- Focus on personal and commercial lines insurance sales and service

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to inquiries regarding insurance products, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Identify and pursue new insurance sales opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Educate customers on available insurance options using a consultative, needs-based approach
- Generate quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales to meet agency goals
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of State Farm insurance products and industry trends
- Develop and leverage networking relationships to support business growth
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Commit to ongoing professional development, including licensing and continuing education requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Current or recent experience in the P&C insurance industry preferred
- Life and Health license is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
