Duties & Responsibilities- Engage new and existing customers in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their insurance needs.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on a variety of insurance products, using a needs-based approach to recommend solutions tailored to each client.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, schedule appointments, and market insurance products and services effectively.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships by supporting policy changes, billing inquiries, claims assistance, and other service requests.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail in every client interaction to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the business.

- Active driver’s license.
- Possession of a 4-40 Customer Service License or 2-20 General License, or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
