As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent (Spanish/English), Licensed, you will engage with clients, educate them on insurance options, and ensure their needs are met through personalized service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage new and existing customers in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their insurance needs.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on a variety of insurance products, using a needs-based approach to recommend solutions tailored to each client.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, schedule appointments, and market insurance products and services effectively.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships by supporting policy changes, billing inquiries, claims assistance, and other service requests.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for this Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent (Spanish/English), Licensed position.
- Active driver’s license.
- Possession of a 4-40 Customer Service License or 2-20 General License, or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a sales environment and providing customer service.
- Ability to identify customer needs and present relevant insurance solutions.
