- Engage with clients in both English and Portuguese to deliver tailored insurance solutions
- Full-time position based in Ocoee, FL, offering a supportive team environment and growth opportunities
- Sell Personal Lines P&C insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell Commercial and Life, Health, and Accident insurance products
- Respond to new inbound leads and conduct proactive follow-up calls to maximize sales opportunities
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective retention strategies
- Explain insurance coverage options and pricing in a clear, professional manner
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in agency and carrier management systems

- Base salary of $30,000 annually
- Commission opportunities with earning potential up to $100,000 or more
- Benefit stipend provided after 90 days of employment
