Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent – Licensed (Punjabi, P&C, L&H) Summary- Full-time insurance sales role within a respected State Farm agency
- Focus on property & casualty and life & health insurance products
- Serve a bilingual customer base, emphasizing Punjabi and English communication
- Position supports professional development and career growth
- Develop qualified leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and personable customer service at every stage
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing needs
- Contribute to a collaborative office environment by sharing best practices and supporting team members
- Base salary plus commission and performance-based bonuses

- Active Property & Casualty License (P&C)
- Active Life & Health License (L&H)
- Bilingual proficiency in Punjabi and English is required
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Track record of achieving sales goals or quotas is an asset
