Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary
The Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive agency growth, build long-term client relationships, and provide outstanding insurance service. This role involves sales, leadership, business development, and community engagement, all within a supportive, bilingual, and professional environment. As part of the Agent Aspirant Program, you will receive mentorship and guidance to prepare for potential agency ownership.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and business growth strategies to expand the agency's reach and success.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their insurance and financial needs.
- Cross-sell multiple lines of insurance, including auto, home, life, business, and financial service products.
- Lead and support team members to achieve agency goals and foster a collaborative office environment.
- Manage sales performance, customer service standards, and client retention metrics to ensure agency targets are met.
- Participate in the State Farm Agent Aspirant Program for ongoing career development and preparation for agency ownership.
- Represent the agency through networking events and active community involvement to build brand awareness and trust.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, leadership, or business development (insurance industry experience preferred).
- Current California Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain these credentials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (must be fluent in Spanish).
