Key Responsibilities- Develop and pursue leads to drive new business opportunities for insurance products and services.
- Schedule appointments with prospective and current clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Market a variety of insurance products, ensuring clients are well-informed about coverage options and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through follow-up and ongoing communication.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, billing, claim submissions, and transfers.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and policy documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and agency-wide sales goals.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for the Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent role in Knoxville, TN.
- Active Property & Casualty license is required; Life & Health license preferred.
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field such as outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
